Are you a Primary School Teacher looking for a new role in September 2025?

Destination Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Year 4 Primary School Teacher. The position will be starting in September 2025. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Teacher with over 2 years Teaching in KS1 and KS2 or an ECT who has completed their placements in KS2.

The schools pride themselves on getting the best out of there students and ensuring that all students reach their full potential throughout their primary schools years. The school is located in a lovely area within Waltham Forest with only a 5 minute walk from the closest station. With no in school parking there is an opportunity for those that are driving to pay for a permit.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support where needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and guardians to enhance student learning
• Maintain strong classroom management strategies to promote positive behaviour

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience Teaching in a Primary School Setting 
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
