Registration Process

Our team of dedicated consultants here at Destination Education will conduct an initial telephone screening, followed by a face-to-face or video interview.

All staff we employ that work on behalf of Destination Education, undergo a rigorous vetting and interview process and have satisfied all the necessary recruitment and vetting checks.

This includes:

  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of address issued within the last 3 months
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Medical clearance
  • Enhanced DBS clearance & Update Service (checked yearly)
  • Overseas police check (if required)
  • Rehabilitation of Offenders’ Act Statement
  • Up to date CV
  • Qualifications & QTS check (where relevant)
  • Two verified professional references
  • DfE Childcare Disqualification Declaration check
  • Teachers Prohibited from the Profession check
