  • Drive strong outcomes through effective assessment, intervention, and enrichment
  • Support and develop colleagues through coaching, collaboration, and shared best practice
  • Contribute to departmental and whole‑school improvement as a valued middle leader
  • Promote inclusive practice and a deep understanding of social issues among students

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Demonstrates leadership experience or clear potential to lead a subject area
  • Is intellectually curious, reflective, and committed to evidence‑informed practice
  • Has high expectations for student behaviour, engagement, and achievement
  • Is keen to contribute to the wider academic and pastoral life of the school

What We Offer

  • Motivated, engaged students who value academic success
