About the Role
Destination Education is seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and well-managed primary schools in Greenwich. This role is perfect for teachers who want flexibility while making a positive impact in the classroom. Assignments may include day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term opportunities depending on school needs.
You will maintain continuity of learning, deliver pre-planned lessons, and ensure a structured, positive classroom environment in line with each school’s policies and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and procedures effectively.
• Ensure pupil engagement and continuity of learning throughout the day.
• Manage behaviour in line with school expectations.
• Provide feedback to the school at the end of each assignment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or equivalent.
• Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Flexible, reliable, and confident in different classroom settings.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Effective communication with pupils and school staff.
