After School Club Manager – Wimbledon

Location: Wimbledon
Hours: 2:30pm – 6:15pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner, if available)

An outstanding primary school in Wimbledon is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to lead its thriving after school provision. This position will be starting in September 2025, but for the correct candidate can start immediately. The hours for this role will be from 2:30pm to 6:15pm Monday to Friday. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of the after school club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for all children.
• Plan and deliver a range of creative and stimulating activities.
• Supervise and support club staff and liaise effectively with school leadership and parents.
• Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential.
• Proven experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive outside the classroom.
