I’m currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a network of fantastic secondary schools across East London and Essex, including Barking, Dagenham, Havering, Romford and surrounding areas.
As a former teacher myself, I understand exactly what schools need—and just as importantly, what support staff need to feel confident, valued, and successful in the classroom. Over time, I’ve built strong, trusted relationships with local schools who rely on us every single morning to provide reliable Cover Supervisors. That means consistent opportunities for you.

What we offer:

• Flexible work to suit you – choose 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week
• Opportunities for both casual daily work and long-term placements (part-time or full-time)
• Competitive daily rate of £120 (umbrella)

A personal, supportive approach:
Every Friday, I personally check in with all of our Cover Supervisors to confirm availability for the following week. This allows me to proactively secure work for you on the days you want—no last-minute scrambling or uncertainty.
