An opportunity has arisen to join Destination Education as a Recruitment Consultant on our Primary & Secondary recruitment teams based in the City of London. Destination Education is one of London's leading education recruitment agencies and we are looking to expand our already successful team! We are an established teaching agency, placing teachers and support staff in schools and colleges across London and the Home Counties.
 
Our team is growing and we have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant. We take great pride in our service to our clients and therefore we are only looking for high quality candidates.
 
Ideal Recruitment Consultant:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record in business development and building a desk
  • Ambitious, tenacious, resilient and confident with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to portray a persistent, persuasive and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective listening and enquiry abilities, both in-person and via telephone
  • Able to cope with pressure and meet targets
  • A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative

Responsibilities of Recruitment Consultant:

  • Developing business, including cold calling, arranging appointments and visiting clients within the designated area
  • Managing all aspects of the database associated with booking teachers, updating information on schools and teachers
  • Full 360 recruitment role (job brief, sourcing, placements)
