English Teacher - London

Looking for an exciting new opportunity in education? 

Here at Destination Education, we are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic English teacher to join an 11-18 Academy in Romford on a full-time basis!

You will be working at an over-achieving academy whose students receive above average exam results, amongst a supportive team of staff. 

This academy focuses on empowering students with the knowledge and personal characteristics needed to live successful and fulfilling lives. 
 
English Teacher responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and other staff members
• Prepare engaging lessons and activities
• Assign homework

English Teacher requirements:

• Hold QTS
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
• Fully qualified teacher with a good track record teaching English Language and Literature at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Experience teaching Key Stage 5 is preferred, but not essential
