Destination Education is working with a fantastic secondary school and sixth form in the London Borough of Havering who are looking for a Teacher of Humanities to teach up to KS5 on a full time permanent basis starting as soon as possible.

The school aim to develop excellent student outcomes and offer a vibrant environment with a rewarding career for employees. They have excellent facilities including a well-being centre, farm and an art gallery and the successful Teacher of Humanities will join a supportive and progressive school.

Successful Teacher of Humanities:

• Teach across Humanities subjects including Geography and RE
• Ability to teach up to KS5 would be highly desirable
• Share the school’s commitment to creating a great learning environment for their students
• Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons in order to raise academic progression of the students
• Work collaboratively with staff across the school
• Mark and assess student’s work
