About the Role
Destination Education is currently seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and well-managed primary schools in Redbridge. This role is ideal for teachers who are looking for flexibility while still making a positive impact in the classroom. Opportunities include day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and longer-term placements depending on availability and school requirements.
You will be responsible for maintaining continuity of learning, delivering pre-planned lessons, and ensuring a positive and well-managed classroom environment in line with each school’s policies and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and procedures effectively.
• Ensure pupil engagement and continuity of learning throughout the day.
• Manage behaviour in line with school expectations.
• Provide clear feedback to the school at the end of each assignment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or equivalent.
• Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Is flexible, reliable, and confident in different classroom settings.
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills.
• Communicates effectively with pupils and school staff.
