Salary: Competitive base + commission (DOE)

We are a specialist Education Recruitment Agency supporting schools and education settings across London and beyond. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage and build strong relationships with schools and education professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and developing the current team and your own recruitment desk within the education sector
• Building strong relationships with schools, teachers, and support staff
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing quality candidates into roles
• Achieving targets and working collaboratively within a supportive team
• Staying up to date with education trends and school staffing needs

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruitment or sales experience (education recruitment preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• A team player with a great sense of humour and resilience
• Passionate about supporting education and making a positive impact
