Talent Acquisition Consultant - Education Recruitment

As a specialist education recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on delivering a personalised, ethical, and efficient service to both our clients and candidates. Due to continued growth and demand, we’re looking to expand our team with an ambitious and people-focused Talent Acquisition Consultant who will play a key role in sourcing and engaging high-quality education professionals within our Primary Education Team.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and building relationships with candidates across the education sector – including Teaching Assistants, Teachers, SEN specialists, and Support Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key specialisms
• Coordinate candidate registration, compliance, and onboarding
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to match candidates to open vacancies
• Promote vacancies and opportunities through social media and job advertisements
• Maintain accurate records on our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a candidate-focused role (ideally within education or a related sector)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in supporting the education sector
