We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support students within Primary, Secondary and Post-16 Autism provisions across North London.
These are incredibly rewarding roles where you can make a genuine difference to the lives, confidence and development of young people with Autism and additional needs.
We are looking for caring, patient and proactive individuals who are passionate about supporting students both academically and socially.

Experience that would be useful:

• Previous SEN TA experience
• Experience supporting Autism (ASC/ASD)
• Supporting non-verbal students
• PECS, Makaton or communication-based support
• Personal care experience
• Behaviour support / de-escalation strategies
• Youth work, care work or mentoring backgrounds also considered

Locations & Transport Links:

• Edgware – easily accessible via the Northern Line and local bus routes
• East Finchley – Northern Line access with excellent transport connections
• High Barnet – Northern Line with good links across North London and Hertfordshire
