We work very closely with a College in Hertfordshire that specialises in giving blind and visually impaired students the very best education possible. 

Having experience with blind or visually impaired student would be an advantage, but isn't necccessary - as long as you're willing to learn new strategies and approaches. You'll be supported by experienced staff, a devoted headteacher and a committed leadership team who exchange good practice.
