English Teacher (SEN School) – East Finchley
Temp to Perm | Full-Time from September
A welcoming and well-resourced specialist secondary school in East Finchley is seeking a passionate and skilled English Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:
- Teach English across Key Stages, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to students with additional needs
- Work 4 days per week in a teaching capacity
- Dedicate 1 day per week to leading English across the school (PPA Subject Leadership), shaping curriculum development and supporting colleagues
- Contribute to a positive and structured learning environment that supports student progress and independence
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified teacher with experience teaching English
- Proven experience working with autistic students is essential
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs
