Destination Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive Primary School in Redbridge. As a Primary Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum, depending on your experience and preference. You’ll work closely with other teachers and support staff to create a stimulating learning environment that inspires pupils to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will be committed to raising standards, passionate about teaching, and eager to contribute to the school’s positive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and setting clear targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to promote pupil wellbeing and academic success.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives, enrichment activities, and a culture of continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Has recent experience teaching within KS1 or KS2.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a reflective teaching style.
• Has a strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective differentiation strategies.
• Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to delivering inspiring lessons.
