A highly regarded specialist SEN school in High Barnet is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:

• Teach a broad and engaging curriculum at secondary level, tailored to meet a wide range of SEN needs
• Deliver structured, differentiated lessons that support students with autism
• Foster a positive, predictable classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support holistic student development
• Contribute to the wider school ethos of inclusion, consistency, and student-centred learning

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Strong experience working with SEN students, particularly those with autism
• Confident in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Calm, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
• A team player who values collaboration and continuous development
