Temp to Perm | Full-Time from September

A highly regarded specialist SEN school in High Barnet is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:
- Teach a broad and engaging curriculum at secondary level, tailored to meet a wide range of SEN needs
- Deliver structured, differentiated lessons that support students with autism
- Foster a positive, predictable classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support holistic student development
- Contribute to the wider school ethos of inclusion, consistency, and student-centred learning
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Strong experience working with SEN students, particularly those with autism
- Confident in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Calm, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
- A team player who values collaboration and continuous development
