Are you a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant with Autism (ASC) experience looking for a nurturing, specialist setting where you can genuinely make a difference?
We are supporting a well-established specialist primary SEN school in North London, dedicated to supporting children aged 5–11 with Autism and associated communication needs. The school provides a structured, low-arousal environment designed to help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), including non-verbal learners
  • Delivering structured, visual and sensory-based learning approaches
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Encouraging communication, engagement, and social development
  • Supporting behaviour through positive, consistent strategies

Pay

  • £100 – £115 per day
  • Dependent on experience, particularly with primary Autism and complex needs
