The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given full training and support to develop your career in recruitment. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, learning how to build relationships with schools, source and interview candidates, and match the right people to the right roles.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, candidates, and colleagues.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of education roles.
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs to provide a tailored recruitment service.
- Manage job adverts, candidate databases, and recruitment processes effectively.
- Work towards targets and KPIs with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tenacious, hardworking, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment.
- Previous sales, customer service, or education experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
What We Offer:
- Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.
- Competitive starting salary with additional commission structure.
- Clear progression routes and career opportunities.
- Supportive team culture with regular incentives and rewards.
- Company Events
- Shorter working hours during school holidays (9am to 2pm)
- The opportunity to build a meaningful career helping schools and education professionals.
As well as many other perks and benefits!
